This is the Freshwater Rest house plan by Flatfish Island Designs. This plan is 4,025 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This is a stunning plan, perfect for island living. Sharp exterior, isn’t it? Love all the windows (and the front porch)! I also like that you don’t notice that the garage is located on the left side of the house. It’s there, but it just looks like part of the house.

What first caught my eye when I saw the first floor plan is that the Master Suite is snuggled away in its own area, which is nice. The other Bedrooms are on the other side of the house, giving everyone privacy. What a nice large Kitchen open to the Living and Dining areas. The Entry is dramatic and offers a view straight through the house, which can be stunning! In addition to all of the interior space, notice the fabulous back porch!
One additional Bedroom and Media Room located upstairs. The majority of the upstairs is open to the main floor. Can you imagine?!
