We feel fortunate to be able to witness such a sweet site right outside of our windows. A mama cardinal has nested in our bushes and she is vigilant in her duties. Such dedication. Amidst all that is going on in the world, this is a site that brings hope.
Birds are such hard workers. I saw that when I was in MI. The Robin’s were so busy. I mean SO BUSY. They plucked every single worm out of the soil and did not rest until they did so. They would swoop in, pluck a worm, fly to the nest located in the backyard of the house nestled in a tree. Back and forth they went, hour by hour, day upon day. They have a mission and they don’t stop until their mission is complete.
Dedication is such an admirable quality!
