This is the Camden House Plan (C0359) by Allison Ramsey Architects -This plan has all the charm of an older home with every modern convenience! This is a great layout – you enter from the front porch into the living room, where the stairway is located. The living room leads to the dining room which is open to the kitchen. There is a nice powder room tucked beneath the stairway, utilizing the space well. The utility room is on the way to the master suite located in the back of the house. A wonderful bedroom, bathroom and closet make this so perfect!
The upstairs includes two bedrooms and a nice size media room – perfect to get away and read, study or to use as another living space.
