There is a wonderful seafood place that we love to visit, Bowens Island restaurant. Their shrimp is fresh, fresh, fresh… lightly breaded and absolutely divine. It’s a happening place, and it’s open every day at 5PM except Sunday/Monday. It’s always a treat to go to Bowens Island, a short drive from our house. We have dinner fairly early, then walk around and take photos. There are so many photos to be had at this place!
This photo was taken standing on the opposite side of the restaurant from where you enter (you can eat inside or outside.) There is also another building that they own that sits over the water – they hold events in that building. It’s cool to see a rustic building decorated for a wedding reception/rehearsal dinner. It’s stunning!
