This is the St. Mary’s Way house plan by Our Town Plans. This plan is 3,671 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. I love that there are options for two additional bedrooms. One as an additional guest suite, adding 381 square feet, and the other is an optional attic suite, adding 762 square feet!

As far as the actual plan goes. They’ve thought of everything. Just look at the hallway when you first enter! The master bedroom is upstairs, but there is a bedroom/library with access to a bathroom downstairs. Perfect if you have a guest that doesn’t do well with stairs!
Living, kitchen and sitting area all open with a more private dining area, which is so nice for a more formal gathering. I also love the (optional) guest suite above the garage (see middle image) – a living space, kitchenette, bathroom and closets! The master suite is stunning and spacious, with two additional bedrooms on the upper floor, each with their own bathroom.
The optional attic space is quite a nice space! Living area with bathroom and closet. Utter perfection!
