Cherry Hill House Plan by John Tee

This is the Cherry Hill house plan by architect John Tee. (Cherry Hill is a plan designed for Southern Living House Plans – it’s SL1843). This plan is 1,524 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This house has so much charm and fabulous curb appeal – it could easily be built in an older, established neighborhood and fit right in. I love the porch too – it adds to the charm!

The Cherry Hill plan has a sweet porch which leads into the open living/kitchen area. The dining is tucked off the kitchen, but is open. If you have friends over and are finishing up on dinner you can still be a part of the conversation. There is a powder room near the stairs and a washer/dryer area off the master. I love a master bedroom downstairs.

The upstairs has a few bedrooms and a shared bathroom. I would also consider using the open space by flooring it and using it for storage or another bedroom if needed. Just a thought.
