I just love the exterior with the sweet porch, fabulous windows and wonderful lines. This is the epitome of a cottage plan!

What a great porch to spend time on! The porch leads you to the great room which is open to the kitchen. There are two guest rooms and a master suite. I would use the middle guest room maybe as a library – it’s all about the decor. Have great floor lamps, comfortable chairs – wonderful art and lots of books! Oh, and maybe a nice little coffee machine with a tiny fridge, hehe…
The master suite is wonderful. It’s a great size! I’m still not convinced about how a shower works with a closet – I’ve asked people who have them and they say there is no problem, which is awesome! But maybe for my peace of mind I would move the closet door to the wall as you walk in the bedroom and close off entry from the bathroom… but that’s me! I’m sure it’s more than perfectly fine where it’s at!
