This is the Pocotaligo House Plan (C0520) by Allison Ramsey Architects – this plan is 1,837 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Wonderful indoor AND outdoor living space. Just look at this wrap around porch! Super cool that it’s a screened porch (or not if you desire). I love to keep bugs at bay… A welcoming entry for sure!

Fabulous screened porch entry… imagine the time that can be spent outdoors – it makes the entire house feel so much larger! Once you step through the doors you walk into the living/dining area, kitchen on one side of the house, master bedroom on the other – Other key areas – mudroom, laundry room, and powder room, well, because they just come in very handy!

I love the upstairs attic space! Can you imagine? Attic space where you can access it easily! What a fabulous idea! There are two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath and a fabulous sitting room! Perfection!
