This is the Carolina Jessamine Cottage house plan by Our Town Plans for Southern Living House Plans. This two story plan is 1,722 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. I love the color of this particular home – I think it fits perfectly, nestled in the woods, what a haven to come home to either as a vacation home or as a residence!
This two story plan is fabulous on the outside as well as the inside. There is a wonderful master suite with closet space downstairs, a guest room, and a powder room near the front door. I love the open kitchen/living area – and the porch off the living room…
