This plan is 1,589 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms – You can’t see it from this image, but the back porch is fabulous – wraps a bit around – so nice if you enjoy your yard! This plan has a pretty open floor plan. The living space is in front and down one side and the master suite is in the back corner. Nice!

Upstairs are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Simple and efficient. It’s nice they built in closet space at the top of the steps – we can always use more storage space, that’s for sure! Check out this plan and others via their website below!
