This is the Gilliam Springs House Plan (133106) from Allison Ramsey Architects. Gilliam Springs is such a sharp house plan. I absolutely LOVE the exterior – my favorite is in white! These links will show more images of people who have built this plan, so you can see – all are stunning! This plan is 3,213 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A stunning porch on the front and on the back (screened) as well as a side entry into the utility room.
I really like that there is a flex space, it could be used as an office, a sitting room, a media room, the possibilities are endless! The master suite is located downstairs with another smaller bedroom. The kitchen is fabulous and is open to the great room.
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, each with their own closet, and a shared bath. There is also a wonderful sitting room, so those who are in these rooms have their own space. How perfect is that?
