White Plains is 2,942 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms – You’ve seen many Our Town Plans house plans on this website – there’s a reason – they are incredible, timeless, stunning and I can only imagine what an utter joy they would be to live in!
This plan has such nice porches. A beautiful front porch and a screen porch off the back with three sets of French doors that open from the Dining/Living spaces. Imagine how nice when the weather is beautiful! I love an open window, so this is a dream! The lines of this house, ahhh! Gorgeous! You enter White Plains via an entry hall with a beautiful staircase. The main floor is just fabulous, beginning with not one, but TWO Master Bedrooms, one located on each side of the house. Living space (Dining/Living/Kitchen is located in the middle of this home).
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a bathroom, an office nook and get this… another “Owner’s Closet”! I don’t know if anyone else packs away their off season clothing. Currently our closet is nice size, but not huge. I like to pack away my summer clothes and put out winter clothes when the time comes. I’ve been doing it for a very long time, since I grew up in MI, there were a lot of winter clothes. In the 30+ years that I’ve lived in Charleston, there are far less winter clothes, but it’s still nice. I would have the best time with this closet!
